Our business is maintaining, repairing and rebuilding aggregate equipment. Our millwrights, mechanics and welders are available for on-site repairs or complete repairs and rebuilds of all types of crushers, screens, feeders in our well-equipped heavy-duty shop. The shop can replace parts for this equipment including shafts, housings, gears, pins and bushings.
With a stationary press of 1500-ton capacity, we can handle the shaft removal on cone crushers up to and including a seven-foot. Portable presses up 600-ton capacity can be transported to the job. Available are hydraulic nuts of all sizes and hydraulic torque wrenches to 18,000 ft-lb capacities.
Portable line boring and milling are also available for onsite work.
Established in 1952 as a repair shop, today Automatic Welding now includes the rebuilding of metal stamping presses, rubber tire manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, lifting and leveling cylinders for portable aggregate plants.
Automatic Welding is also the home of the patented Hydraulic Toggle® for jaw crushers.
